Becoming a member
Your steps to becoming a member here in Victory Outreach Mesa are simple.

Once you have made that life changing decision to accept Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage everyone who is taking that next step to make Victory Outreach Mesa their home church to join our P3 Growth Track in which our pastoral team and P3 leadership team will conduct a three week course and help you discover your Purpose, Passion, and Place.

On the fourth week we graduate the class and give an opportunity to be baptized (if you are not baptized already).

Once you complete and graduate the growth track, we encourage you to join a ministry and a V-group so that we can personally help you in your new salvation journey.
After you complete the P3 Growth track, here are a few departments that you can get involved with :

Lastly, we encourage everyone to join a Life-Group. Life-Groups are small lifestyle groups to help build relationships, friendships, meet needs, and grow you personally, spiritually, and holistically. Life-Groups go for six consecutive weeks and the diverse groups range from fitness groups, to marriage groups, youth, young adults, women's groups, biblical fundamentals, and more. They all fall on different dates and times so that anyone can choose a Life-Group that fits around your schedules.
